Equipment

Electronic Proportioners
 Works in connection with a variety of flow meters to monitor flow in mechanical proportioners, thus assuring on-ratio performance.  The most complete system for dispensing sealants that use booster paste to speed cure of structural sealants.
Mechanical Proportioners
 Fully-contained proportioning and dispense system. For two- component materials used in concrete joint sealing, dowel bar anchoring and general product assembly.  Plural-component fixed and variable ratio proportioner. Provides precise positive displacement metering using double-acting cyclinders.
 Plural-component proportioner. For high viscosity materials with ratios from 4:1 to 16:1.
Hot Melt
 Pressure compensating valves are designed to operate in conjunction with the displacement pump to eliminate material flow variances.  Maintains fluid pressure for consistent bead control of sealants and viscous materials.
 Hot melt supply system. For handling abrasive, high-viscosity hot melt sealants and adhesives for 55 gal (200 l) drums.  Hot melt supply system. For abrasive, high-viscosity hot melt sealants and adhesives for 5 gal (20 l) drums.
 Designed for use with Therm-O-Flow Systems. Provides precise proportional control and variable dispense volume with its unique tapered needle valve design.

 The Optimiser 2K is made of a lightweight composite material that reduces operator fatigue yet is tough enough for the rigors of industrial use.  Graco manufactures a number of pistol grip flow guns to meet the needs of a variety of end-users.
 Rugged in design, prevents premature introduction of base and catalyst materials within the control manifold.  Sealant guns are ideal for use with silicones, acrylics and urethanes in single component applications.
 Entry-level ease-of-use combined with high performance. This metering system provides real-time closed-loop metering & dispensing of ambient & hot melt sealants & adhesvies.  Severe-duty pistol grip dispense guns. Dispenses high viscosity industrial and automotive sealants and adhesives.
 Pistol grip dispense gun. Dispenses low-to-medium viscosity industrial and automotive sealants and adhesives.
Valves
 These valves are top-of-the-line, lightweight, compact valves designed for long service.  Two-component valve. Dispenses 2K metered fluids into a low-cost disposable mixer selected for your
operation.
 Graco offers a variety of sizes and pressure ranges to fit your application requirements.  Airless sealant and adhesive valve. For streaming, spray, and extrusion.
 Positive displacement metering rod valve. For shot-to-shot (1052) or bead (1053) dispensing for a variety of materials. 1052 shot range: 0.002 to 1.8 cc's. 1053 shot range: 0.002 to 3.6 cc's.  Rod positive displacement valve with luer lock needle. Precision repeatable shot-to-shot (1092) or bead (1093) dispensing. 1092 shot range is 0.024 - 9.6 cc's, 1093 is 0.193 - 14.479 cc's.
 Positive displacement metering rod valve. Larger volume dispensing solution from 0.4 - 52.0 cc's. Provides higher flow rates and viscosity in continuous or controlled shot dispensing.  Positive displacement metering rod valve. Compact and cost- effective dispensing solution for lower volumes in dot or metered shot dispense. Shot range: 0.001 to 0.254 cc's.
 Positive displacement metering rod valve. For corrosive fluxes, lubricants, anaerobics, acrylics, epoxies, filled materials, and more. Shot range: 0.10 to .0503 cc's.  On/off pinch tube valve dispenses continuous bead or potting in low-pressure feed applications. Shot Size is continuous.
 On/Off needle dispense valve. For sealing, bonding and gasketing applications of silicones and epoxies. Shot size is continuous.  Valve ideal for applications requiring rapid on/off control and material snuff back. It is equally capable of dispensing dots for bonding and beads for sealing or gasketing appllications.
 On/off pinch tube valve is higher flow rate design with needle block outlet to dispense continuous bead or potting applications.  Positive displacement pinch tube dispense valve. Accepts several sizes of pinch tubes to attain the desired volumetric output. Shot range: 0.0013 to 0.0141cc's.
 Positive displacement pinch tube dispense valve. Accurately dispenses repeatable shots of dispensable materials. Shot range: 0.0002 to 0.0113 cc's.  Disposable pinch tube. Dispensing epoxies, solder creams, brazing compounds, greases, acrylics and other materials. Shot range: 0.0188 to 0.4854 cc's.

Metering Valves
 Automatic Metering Valve. Provides accurate dispensing on a repetive basis. Shot range: 0.2 to 4.0 cc's.  Micro Metering Valve. For accurate shot metering during small parts assembly and encapsulation.
