Product Knowledge Exchange
The Product Knowledge Exchange (PKE) is a self-service application that helps the exchange of valuable product information between Graco and our end user customers.
The PKE is an improvement in that it gives you the ability to search a product knowledge database. If the answer can't be found, the application has a feature allowing you to submit your questions to Graco. Finally, the PKE has an optional "My Stuff" area where you can track your questions and request notification when answers are updated. The benefits include:
- Quickly search for answers using key words, phrases, product type, etc.
- Find links to important Graco documents such as Instruction Manuals and Data Sheets.
- Submit product questions to Graco and receive an email answer.
- The database will grow through use, because Q & As will be added when appropriate.
- The PKE is available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week (except for a few weekend hours when we perform systems maintenance).

Go to PKE Starting October 3, 2008, we have made it easier to access the Product Knowledge Exchange (Tech Support). This new enhancement will assure that if your PC gets replaced or you delete your Internet browser cookies, you will continue to have access to the Product Knowledge Exchange without any issues. The only change will be under “Ask a Question” in which the system will require you to add your email address for processing your request.
